At Fit4Ever, we want you to love your gear! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return and refund process works:
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them.
- Tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.
- You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:
- Contact us at support@fit4everwear.com to request a return.
- If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a separate order for the new one.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@fit4everwear.com
